Information we collect
Account email and profile details; business and director information supplied with an application; loan selections, consent records, transactions, repayment records and correspondence. We also record necessary security events, IP addresses and device/browser information.
Why we use information
To operate accounts, assess applications, administer lending, respond to enquiries, protect the service and maintain records. Review required: confirm the lawful basis for each purpose, any credit-reference or fraud-prevention processing, and any marketing activities.
Service providers
The service is designed to use Supabase for authentication and data storage, MailerSend for email, Companies House for company lookups and Vercel for hosting. Optional security verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Review required: confirm contracts, hosting regions, transfer safeguards and the final processor list.
Retention and security
Access is limited by account ownership and staff role. Financial audit records are append-only. Review required: set retention and deletion schedules, backup retention, incident response and contact-message retention.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or information about your rights. Review required: have the solicitor or data-protection adviser confirm applicable rights, exceptions, response periods and complaint routes.
